If you’re short on time and just want to try O-town, a trip along the Ogden River path is a must. For something completely different, this 10,000-year-old geothermal hot spring is just half an hour’s drive from Park City. The source is hidden by a limestone dome, but a ground-level tunnel leads to cozy mineral water, which remains in the range of 90 degrees. Guests can easily dive, swim or dive into the crater or, for a high experience, even follow a rowing yoga class. Homestead is even the only crater in the world that also offers hot water diving.
There are open-air concerts, a summer theater, a studio with visiting artists and a number of authors. Kamas is located directly east of Park City Park City Lodging and is on the edge of the Kamas Wildlife Management Area.
